Any dispute or claim arising from or related to this website shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The United Arab Emirates is our country of operation.

Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users on this site and are not allowed to conduct transactions or use the website.

If you make a payment for our products or services through our website, your payment details will be provided directly to our payment service provider via a secure connection.

The cardholder should retain a copy of transaction records and be aware of merchant policies and rules.

We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards in AED.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to provide a delivery service that meets your expectations. Therefore, we request you to provide a clear and accurate address to ensure fast delivery. The address should include the building, villa, or apartment number, along with the street name, city, contact number, and recipient’s name.

Before placing your order, please review the product specifications carefully and agree to the website’s terms of use.

Orders are shipped using the "Home Delivery" service daily, except on Fridays and public holidays. Delivery takes 7 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation. The "Home Delivery" service is mostly "door-to-door," but in some remote areas, it may not be applicable due to limitations in delivery services.

We do not sell or provide services to any countries subject to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions in accordance with UAE law.

If multiple shipments are required, they may appear as separate charges on the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Refunds are issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase. Since IBRAQ products are considered personal items, any opened product cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns and exchanges do not apply to oud wood and essential oils.

IBRAQ allows product returns within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided the product remains in its original condition. Please review the Return Policy page for more details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Delivery Charges

If the order amount is less than AED 200, a delivery fee of AED 25 applies (subject to ongoing offers).

If the order amount is AED 200 or more, delivery is free (subject to ongoing offers).

Cancellation, Returns, & Exchanges

If you change your mind before receiving your order, you can contact customer service to cancel it. We will attempt to process the cancellation if the order has not been prepared yet. However, if the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return.

Note: If a customer repeatedly cancels or refuses to receive an order, the company reserves the right to revoke the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for that customer.

Products can be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are in their original condition. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

If you receive the wrong product, or if the product is damaged or defective, you may return it free of charge.

If you wish to return a product for any other reason, a AED 25 return shipping fee will be applied. Returns will be processed within 15 days.

Returned products must be unused, with original labels and invoice. The return will not be accepted if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.

If a returned product is damaged or soiled, it may not be accepted. Once the return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed excluding the original shipping fees.

Returns and exchanges do not apply to essential oils and incense.

Payment & Delivery within UAE

Cash on delivery is available within the UAE. Orders are delivered by a specialized courier service covering major cities and remote areas.

Delivery time:

Up to 2 days for major cities, if the product is available at the time of order.

Delivery to remote areas is scheduled on specific days.

Important Information on UAE Deliveries

Orders are handled by an independent courier service with no direct relationship with customers.

Delivery takes up to 3 days after order confirmation (excluding Fridays).

Delivery timings are typically between 10 AM and 10 PM.

If you need to receive your order at a specific time, coordination with the courier service is required and subject to feasibility.

Keep your phone available and cooperate with the delivery personnel.

Orders cannot be opened before payment.

The delivery agent cannot wait for more than 15 minutes upon arrival.
